Hotel Guest Rules and Regulations

Guest Rooms
  • Only 2 persons in rooms with King size beds and 4 persons maximum in double rooms with Queen Size beds.
  • Rooms are furnished and inventoried by our Housekeeping department with towels, linens, and glass ware. Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items and will be charged replacement prices.
  • Any visitors staying overnight must register at reception and are subject to a $50 fee, per person
  • Visitors must valet the car and pay the valet fee.
  • Limited rollaway beds are available at a charge of $50 per night.
  • Maximum of four people in rooms.
  • Please do not leave trash in hallways or doorways.
  • No smoking permitted in guest rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged.
  • No takeout, delivery or any food not provided by the hotel allowed in the guest rooms
Balconies
  • Hanging or storage of clothing, towels, or other items on balcony or porch railings is prohibited.
  • No barbequing on balconies or patios, by order of State Fire Marshall.
  • No sitting, climbing or standing on balcony railings.
  • Smoking only permitted on balconies.
Pets
  • No pets of any kind allowed on property. A $200.00 penalty fee will be assessed.
  • Service animals are only allowed with proper documentation and advance notice.
Parking
  • All guest must valet cars, self-parking is not optional ($8 day rate and $15 overnight).
  • All cars must be parked to the right when approaching Palmeiras Beach Club.
  • When returning to property keys must be left with valet attendant on duty, or at reception desk.
Housekeeping Services
  • Housekeeping services rooms daily with standard turn down service.
  • Trash and towel service daily (towel exchange is done on a towel for towel basis) a full cleaning (change linens/make bed; etc.) will be provided on the third full day of your stay.
  • If fresh towels are required, please place used towels in tub. If towels are not needed, please be sure to hang the clean towel on rack.
Common Areas Regulations
  • Pool/Watsu facilities are open from 7am to sundown.
  • In order to receive pool towels guest must sign out at pool bar, one per guest issued. Pool towels must be returned to pool attendant.
  • No coolers, glass containers or takeout food permitted in pool area or guest rooms.
  • Proper pool attire required at all times.
  • Only registered hotel guest may use Resort Amenities.
  • Fitness Center is open 24hours. Only 16 years or older permitted in gym or use of equipment.
  • No riding of bicycles, skateboards or roller skates allowed in hallways, walkways or corridors.
